About Us!
Bark & Bond was founded by Brant Ahlfinger, a passionate pet lover and entrepreneur who has 2 dogs (Sommer and Annabelle). Brant is currently a senior at Texas Christian University, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. His lifelong love for animals—especially his dogs—inspired him to create Bark & Bond. The idea stemmed from a personal experience with his 5-year-old white lab, Sommer, who wasn’t properly socialized as a puppy. As a result, she faced challenges with everyday activities like visiting the dog park and adapting to new environments. Brant founded Bark & Bond to help ensure that all pups receive the socialization and support they need to thrive and live their best lives.

At Bark & Bond, our mission is to help puppies grow into confident, socialized dogs by providing enriching environments and positive exposure to various experiences that they will encounter in the real world. Inspired by personal experience, we believe every dog deserves the best start in life- and every owner deserves a trusted partner in their pup's journey.
We also provide a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where dogs can play, rest, and thrive. We are committed to giving each dog personalized attention custom plan to make them the best version of themselves. We hope to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their four legged family member is in trusted hands.
